How do we store your data?
Our client information is stored in Microsoft Live365 products under password protection. Organizational survey data collection occurs, where possible, inside our client environment by client agents, where such collection is under the auspices and care and control of those organizations. Transmission of the results of these surveys will be undertaken in an encrypted and password protected way, and data process will be done on local machines under the governance of the company, from whence findings will be shared back in an equally secure fashion.
Our Company may retain your personal information and network relationship data data for a period of no greater than five years following your last interaction with us, with the exception of key contact and accounting data, which will be stored for the working duration of the organization.
Relationship data identified by partner organizations and other users of the service (such as in chat @mentions) will be maintained for the duration of the public record, except where that information has been designated as confidential prior to its collection, whereupon it will remain in the custody of the data collector client themselves.
